The city is a small rural town with about 6,500 inhabi- tants, but with an extraordinary range of international dishes. You can pick of nearly 40 restaurants from good Bavari- an cuisine and the local traditional Zoigl- beer, to cuisines all over the world, mainly located in the Neue and Alte Amberger Strasse. Shoppers will find there special stores and service providers and everyday necessities. An address for shoppers is also the Bahnhofstrasse with its special store centre.
