NOC: Your shopping center in Weiden Centrally located in downtown Weiden and easy to reach by private and public transportation, NOC offers a great shopping experience with more than 40 stores for all ages, including Woolworth and TK Maxx (known in the United States as TJ Maxx), a hair salon, two nail studios, a gym, many ways to relax and enjoy coffee and cake, ice cream or international food combined with convenient parking in the parking deck with 480 parking spaces, directly connected to the mall. And thanks to Nahkauf supermarket in the basement, you can also take care of your grocery shopping needs while in town, or get your lunch or dinner to go in the food court where all restaurants offer take-out service. The center is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Several stores, however, open earlier: Nahkauf supermarket at 8:30 a.m. and Woolworth, Tedi market and KiK clothing store at 9 a.m. Fair Fitness gym is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sundays and German holidays from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Needless to say, NOC is air-conditioned and features barrier-free access. Walk through the Upper Gate to the Upper and Lower Market where the fresh produce mar- ket is held every Wednesday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., and the Christmas market during the holiday season, or visit one of the many bars and restaurants. Take a look at Old Town Hall and go on a guided sightseeing tour, or walk down the street to run an errand in the new town hall if you are a Weiden resident.
